We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and American Express credit cards, checks, money orders, Paypal and wire transfers. We do accept personal checks, but hold the item 7-10 days for the check to clear. Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 non sufficient fund fee and is subject to a collection agency if unpaid. When paying by credit card through the office a signature will be required for items over $100.

If the item purchased is $100 or greater we will require a signature upon receipt of goods to insure the item.  Orders are shipped FedEx Ground unless other arrangements are made. We do not ship items to PO Boxes. Mazsport is not responsible for shipping charges if incorrect shipping address is supplied. International buyers are responsible for all tax/ tariff custom fees upon arrival of product to their country.

Mazsport, Inc. will ship all backorders as soon as possible. We do not ship complete unless specified by customer. We do not cancel backorders without notifying the customer.

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24hrs from the time of purchase on Mazsport products or special order items.

All sales are final. Mazsport, Inc. will not accept returns without prior authorization. Customer must pay shipping for any returned item until warranty determination is established upon review of goods. No returns, refunds or warranties are given, written or implied on special order items, parts/service for racing purposes. All Mazsport products are custom made to order and can not be cancelled or returned.  Items may be subject to incur a 25% restocking fee unless prior approval from office management in certain cases. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Items may not be returned after 30 days from the date of the receipt of goods. All items returned should come back in the original box. Used parts have a 10 day Limited Warranty from date of receipt excluding electrical items. 

Not all Mazsport products are intended for street use, but are intended for off road or racing purposes only.  Some products we sell are not legal for road use. Check with your local laws before ordering parts. Mazsport, Inc. will not be held liable for damages incurred from improper installation or parts purchased for racing purposes on any products that we sell.  Mazsport, Inc. assumes that the customer has the knowledge and proper tools and equipment necessary to safely perform service operations or parts installation on any vehicle the parts are purchased for.  We strongly advise always using a factory repair manual and to follow recommended safety precautions. Items are inspected for quality before they are shipped. Notify us, as well as the shipping agent immediately if an item is damaged during transit or if the shipment appears defective upon arrival so that a shipping insurance claim can be filed as soon as possible. 

All new parts have a 1 year warranty. Used parts have a 30 day warranty with the exception of performance parts which have a limited warranty based on a case by case basis after a warranty inspection has been performed by Mazsport, Inc.

Mazsport, Inc. will not trade, rent or sell your personal information.  We do not encourage children to use this site and do not market our products to children. We will not share your personal information with any third parties to protect your privacy. We do not recommend emailing any payment information via email. Mazsport, Inc. uses personal information to continually assess and improve the products and services we offer. We would also like to inform you of products and services, sales and special offers that might benefit you.
